About Credit/Debit Card

As part of our customer commitment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. All store prices and checkout charges are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). The payment options actually available for an order are displayed securely at checkout.

For clarity and practical guidance: Payment information is encrypted and processed by Shopify and authorized payment providers. Lava Lamp does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. A card issuer may place an authorization hold, request additional verification, approve, or decline a transaction under its own rules.

For transparent service guidance: Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information. If a payment is declined, verify the entered details or contact the card issuer. We may cancel or review an order when payment cannot be authorized or when fraud screening identifies a material risk.

For consistent and transparent handling: Taxes are charged when required by applicable law and are calculated or displayed during checkout. We do not promise a fixed tax exemption.

For straightforward customer guidance: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after return inspection and approval.
